Shipping Policy

Carriers & Order Tracking

We only ship within the United States at this time.

The below shipping options all include Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) of isopods and plants for temperatures between 60 degrees to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. To qualify for LAG outside of these temperatures, you must request hold for pickup.

If you experience issues with DOAs, please reach out to me with a video and/or pictures of the order throughout the box opening process within two hours of the delivered timestamp. I am not responsible for boxes left unattended due to negligence to pickup or receive boxes quickly and not leave them exposed to the elements for long periods of time. I am also not responsible for wrong address mistakes so please make sure your shipping information is correct before submitting your order. I will always do my best to work with you on either refunds or replacements!

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Processing Time

We ship year round, Monday through Friday. Typical processing time is 2-5 business days but may be a little longer if we are experiencing high volume. We reserve the right to hold orders in the case of extreme weather or other events that may result in extended transit delays.

Transit and Delivery Time

FedEx – FedEx 2Day typically takes 2 days in transit (excluding weekends) after the day the package ships with delivery by 8 p.m. on the second day. FedEx also offers the ability to redirect packages to one of their many convenient pick-up locations at no extra charge. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, please check fedex.com for the latest delivery alerts.

USPS – USPS transit time typically takes 3-4 days for Priority Mail and up to 5 days for Ground Advantage for most U.S. addresses. Again, keep in mind these are estimates, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Please check usps.com for the latest estimates and alerts.

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted.

No returns on any invertebrates are accepted. Returns on unopened dry goods are accepted, minus the postage fee.

Charges

Your account or credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your account or credit card will be refunded. All account and credit card information is kept private and processed securely through PayPal or Braintree payment services.
