If you experience any issues with the health of your plants upon arrival, contact us directly at info@michaelsmenagerie.com. Please ensure that you reach out within 48 hours of delivery and that you have clear photos of the plant in question, so we can effectively understand the nature of the issue. If the plants are damaged, or are received dead, we are happy to offer a full refund or, subject to availability, a replacement.
The plants we photograph for our website are representative of the plants we ship. Plants are photographed during their growing season. While dormant, they may appear smaller, or maybe even dead, but will quickly grow to look like the ones photographed when they resume growth if properly cared for.
